Personalized Weight Training and Cardiovascular Workout
Utilizing free weights and cardiovascular equipment, we design a personalized program which focuses on the major muscle groups and provides a workout that allows you to reach your personal fitness goals, such as body fat reduction, weight loss, strength gain, increased energy, stress relief and overall toning.
Personal Boxing Workout
Utilizing traditional boxing training methods, we take you through an actual boxing workout just like the pros but with the attention, care and guidance an empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly personal trainer.
Combo Session
This program starts with a warm up and stretch. Then we move into a boxing workout and weight training, or vice versa. This is our most popular program.
